Description
Optimised for conducting temperature measurements in transformer substations, the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera is a rugged infrared and visible-light imager. It can be used to maximise uptime by detecting faults before failure.
Thermal & Visible-Light Imaging
The Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera has an IR resolution of 160x120px, a thermal sensitivity of <40mK, and a 25° x 18.7° field-of-view. It can detect and display real-time temperatures and will measure temperatures between -20°C and +550°C to an accuracy of ±2°C/ 2%. It includes a long-distance laser light for identifying the thermography target ensuring that the user captures the correct measurement.
The Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera also features an optical module with a configurable picture resolution which can be set to 2MP, 5MP or 8MP. In addition to capturing visible-light images, the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera can record optical footage with a 640x480px resolution.
The Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera can be set to display images in Optical, Thermal, Fusion Image or Picture-in-Picture mode. Fusion Image mode combines footage from both the infrared and optical channels to create a more detailed thermal picture; this makes it easier for the user to pinpoint the exact source of faults.
In addition to the aforementioned imaging modes, the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera includes selectable thermal palettes (Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot, Ironbow, Rainbow, Fusion and Rain) which can be set according to the alarm function. It also features a 4x digital zoom and the following noise filters and image-enhancement technology:
Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE) Filter
3D Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) Technology
Automatic Gain Control (AGC) Technology
Storage
Visible-light and thermal images and videos, as well as temperature measurements, can be saved to the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera’s built-in 16GB memory. Videos and images can be saved with voice and/or text notes.
Ergonomic
Images and videos are also visible via the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera’s 3.5” touchscreen LCD with a 640x480px resolution.
Other practical and useful features present on the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera include Wi-Fi connectivity, an LED torch and a rechargeable battery capable of providing up to five hours of continuous power.
Finally, the Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera has an ingress protection rating of IP54 and has been drop-tested from 2m.
The Hikmicro M10 Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera is a dependable and durable dual-imaging thermal and optical camera optimised for troubleshooting and inspection applications.
